Welcome to Triple CCC Charters. These Terms of Service outline the policies, expectations, and responsibilities that apply to all bookings and charter experiences. By reserving a charter or boarding one of our vessels, you agree to the terms below.

Booking Confirmation
A charter is considered confirmed once payment is received through our booking system. You will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details, including meeting instructions.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and approved digital payment methods through our booking platform.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be applied toward any charter and are non‑refundable.
Weather‑Related Cancellations
Safety is our top priority. If the Captain determines that conditions are unsafe (including winds above 25 knots, lightning, or harbor advisories), your charter will be rescheduled or a voucher will be issued. Refunds are at the discretion of Triple CCC Charters.
Customer‑Initiated Cancellations
Cancellations made within the timeframe specified during booking may be eligible for rescheduling or credit. No‑shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.
Late Arrivals
Charters depart on schedule. If you arrive late, your charter time may be reduced accordingly. Extended time is not guaranteed.
Captain’s Authority
The Captain has full and final authority over the vessel at all times, including decisions regarding:
Failure to follow crew instructions may result in early termination of the charter without refund.
Life Jackets
USCG‑approved life jackets are available for all passengers. You may be required to wear one at the Captain’s discretion.
Prohibited Behavior
For the safety of all guests, the following are not permitted:
The Captain may end the charter immediately if safety is compromised.
New York Harbor conditions can change quickly. For safety reasons, Triple CCC Charters may adjust the route, shorten the trip, or return to port early. These decisions are made solely by the Captain and are not grounds for refunds.
Triple CCC Charters is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, including but not limited to:
Water exposure is always possible on the harbor.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow crew instructions.
We may take photos or video during charters for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify the crew before departure.
We do our best to accommodate custom routes, celebrations, and special experiences. All customizations must be arranged in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
Participation in boating activities involves inherent risks. By booking a charter, you acknowledge these risks and agree to the terms outlined in our Liability Waiver, which must be signed before boarding.
These Terms of Service are governed by the maritime laws of the United States and the laws of the State of New York and New Jersey, depending on the vessel’s point of departure.
